Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer you are leading a team of Engineers. Together with your team, you are preparing technical services for product development, studies, tenders and projects in the offshore Wind industry. To do this, your tasks include, but are not limited to; planning, budgeting, coordination and control of the assigned work and working on development for offshore execution methods, nomination of required equipment, concept and detail design of lifting arrangements.

You will perform engineering, technical project preparation and execution support for other offshore projects as well such as heavy lift installation and removal projects. Next to this you are reviewing and organizing an overview of internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports and procedures).

You are performing technical management of subcontractors from specification to completion of the equipment.

In this position, you have the possibility to work from time to time in yards and offshore on board of one of the client’s vessels. The focus will be your development within the company and where you can create your own success.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree Civil, Maritime, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
• At least 8 years experience in Engineering, Project preparations and executions for Offshore projects;
• Preferable experience in the Wind industry, Decommissioning or Transport & Installation;
• Have been working in a leading position for at least 2 years;
• Fluent in the English language; written and verbally;
• You are a teamplayer, analytical, practical and ambitious. You are able to coach, develop and motivate your team.
